TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MAKING A BEDROOM RESERVATION

• On making a telephone reservation each guest will be asked for their name, address, telephone number and a valid credit or debit card.

• Any bookings made without card details will be held provisionally in the system for a 24 hour period only, if no card details are provided the reservation will be released.

• We do not accept Amex or Diner Cards.

• The card details is a guarantee method only and payment will not be required until arrival on the day.  The exception to this is if the reservation is a group booking and seperate payment terms will be discussed direct with the reservation team.

• Cancellation of individual reservations policy - Cancellations made before 12 noon on the day of arrival will be cancelled with no card to the card.

• Cancellation after 12 noon on the day or no show to the hotel will be charged at the full rate of the first night stay to the card guaranteed against the booking.

• On arrival payment method will be asked if it has changed from the reservation card details on file to another method.

• Paying cash or debit card for the reservation will require payment on arrival.

• Paying by credit card will obtain a pre-authorisation followed by a full charge of costs on departure.

• We do not allow pets on the premises, except guide dogs.

• Early Check in is a request only and due to departure times for
  previous guests we cannot guarantee arrival before 2pm.

• Check in 2pm and check out by 11am.

• We do have extra beds & cots for additional guests required within particular rooms, this again needs to be advised on making the reservation to allocate the correct room, subject to availability.
